We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. Items must be in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like swimwear and mouthguards cannot be returned once opened.
Do you offer international shipping for heavy gym equipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, shipping rates and delivery times for heavy equipment like treadmills or weight sets vary by destination. Custom duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Are the products sold on Victor Sports covered by a warranty?
Most of our technical equipment and footwear come with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 6 months to 2 years. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include standard wear and tear from regular use.
How can I track my order once it has been placed?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's website. You can also track your order status directly through your Victor Sports account dashboard.
